These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trinityoneconsulting.com and any program, service, or communication provided by Trinity One Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage with us.

Services

Trinity One Consulting provides advisory, fractional COO, EOS Integrator, and Dream Manager program services. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are documented in a separate written agreement between us and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract for services.

Inquiries and communications

When you submit an inquiry — through our website, a Meta Lead Ads form, our Calendly booking link, or by direct email — you agree that we may contact you to follow up about your inquiry. Follow-up may include:

• An automated email confirming receipt and offering a calendar link.
• A small number of follow-up emails over the next ~7 days if we don't hear back.
• Occasional notes about The Dream Dividend podcast or other content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email.

SMS messages are not sent to leads or customers. SMS is used internally only by the business owner to receive notifications about new inquiries. If we ever begin sending SMS to clients in the future, we will collect explicit opt-in consent and update these Terms before doing so.

Intellectual property

Content on this website (text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodology descriptions) is owned by Trinity One Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The Dream Manager methodology is a registered methodology of its respective owner; "Trinity Forge", "Trinity Calibrate", "Trinity Cadence", and "DreamCompass" are trademarks of Trinity One Consulting and its affiliates. You may share excerpts with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial portions or rebrand our materials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the website, (c) misrepresent yourself when submitting inquiries, or (d) scrape or harvest information from the website beyond ordinary browsing.
