When you submit an inquiry (e.g., the Dream Manager intro form on Meta), we collect:

• Email address

• Company name
• Whether the inquiry is for a team or for yourself
• Approximate team size

We may also receive standard metadata (timestamp, ad source) from the platform that delivered your inquiry.

How we use it

• To follow up about the program or service you inquired about (typically within 24 hours).
• To send a small number of follow-up emails over the next ~7 days if we don't hear back.
• To maintain a record of our communications in our CRM (Zoho).
• To occasionally share program updates, podcast episodes (The Dream Dividend), or related content. You can opt out at any time.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and supporting automation infrastructure (Supabase, hosted on US-based cloud providers). We use commercially reasonable security practices to protect it.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with vendors that help us run our business (CRM, email delivery, scheduling), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their service.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer of any email.
• Request deletion of your information by emailing us (see below).
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you by emailing us.
