The People Side

Invest in the Person, Build the System Around Them

On the people side, I'm a Certified Dream Manager trained in Matthew Kelly and Floyd Consulting's methodology, an EOS Integrator, and a head football coach for the Pacetti Bay Wildcats in St. Augustine, Florida. I coach middle schoolers the same way I coach executives: invest in the person, build the system around them, hold the standard. I sharpen that same operator-and-leader edge inside C12 — the national peer forum for Christian CEOs and business owners — where the standard gets pressure-tested by other founders carrying the same weight.

Off the field and out of the boardroom, the people side runs even deeper. My wife Kelly is the steady center of everything I do, and our two sons — Liam (13) and Brendan (6) — are the reason I think about legacy as operationally as I think about systems. Round out the household with our three German Shepherds — Thunder, Tiny, and Bluey — and you've got the real headquarters of Trinity One.
