I've spent 30+ years on both sides of the ERP table — client and consultant — delivering 120+ enterprise systems across SAP Business One and Acumatica in distribution, manufacturing, construction, and field services. In 2025 I earned Acumatica Rookie of the Year after building a practice from zero to $2M in its first year.
Fractional COO & Integrator | Certified Dream Manager
On the people side, I'm a Certified Dream Manager trained in Matthew Kelly and Floyd Consulting's methodology, a Fractional Integrator, and a head football coach for the Pacetti Bay Wildcats in St. Augustine, Florida. I coach middle schoolers the same way I coach executives: invest in the person, build the system around them, hold the standard. I sharpen that same operator-and-leader edge inside C12 — the national peer forum for Christian CEOs and business owners — where the standard gets pressure-tested by other founders carrying the same weight.
Off the field and out of the boardroom, the people side runs even deeper. My wife Kelly is the steady center of everything I do, and our two sons — Liam (13) and Brendan (6) — are the reason I think about legacy as operationally as I think about systems. Round out the household with our three German Shepherds — Thunder, Tiny, and Bluey — and you've got the real headquarters of Trinity One.
Trinity One exists because I got tired of watching companies install beautiful systems on top of disengaged teams — and watching people-first cultures collapse because the operations underneath couldn't hold the weight. The Human + Machine Equation is the thesis. The four business lines are how we deliver on it.
AI, ERP, and operational systems that drive execution, accountability, and measurable ROI.
Dream Management methodology that develops the people who make everything else work.
These are not wall art. They are the decisions we make when an engagement gets hard, when the truth is expensive, and when the easy answer would still leave the client worse off.
People chase the company's numbers when the company chases their dreams. Dream Management is not just something we sell. It is how we run our own house.
AI carries the load. People carry the meaning. We automate the work and never the relationship.
We name the real problem in the room, early, even when it costs us. Candor is kinder than comfort.
The business, the money, the people, the trust. All of it is on loan, and all of it gets handled like it belongs to someone who is watching.
If the team cannot explain it, the team will not execute it. Clarity is a discipline, not a personality trait.
Whether you need a Fractional COO, want to explore the Dream Manager methodology, or just want to talk about what's broken — it starts with a conversation.
